University of Arkansas Pine Bluff Collaborator: Dr. Enefiok David Ekpe
Current Position: Assistant Professor of Animal Science The position is a full-time, 12 month position, 36% teaching and 64% research. Current Responsibilities: Teach courses in Animal Science and livestock production & management and related courses; recruit and advise students; develop scholarly/creative work in area of specialty; provide leadership in program development; develop collaborative relationships with business and industry, coordinate internships; assist with efforts to seek external funding to support program; perform University and community service. The University: The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is an 1890 Land-Grant Institution with approximately 3,500 students. The university offers undergraduate degrees in more than 40 majors in the Schools of Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Sciences; Business and Management; Education; and Arts and Sciences. The university also offers master's degrees in Fisheries/Aquaculture, Addiction Studies, Social Studies, and Early Childhood, Elementary, Special and Health/Physical Education.
