Creamery
We also have the capability of processing our goat milk on-farm. This modern creamery is equipped with a 350 gallon bulk tank, pasteurizer, homogenizer, and small cheese vat. We are able to make a variety of goat cheese in these facilities. Our goat milk ice cream is always extremely popular at our annual goat field day.
